"I took to Yoga recently on account of knee injuries relating to long distance running. My scepticism about this ancient form of wellness has disappeared thanks largely to Shri Gyan Prakash's approach to teaching this discipline. He has quickly identified the underlying causes of the injuries and has a patient approach to the recovery path. My knee has improved by around 50% in less than 10 classes. Gyanji intersperses his training with general wellness advice as well as insights into ancient Indian philosophy. This brings about the richness of Yoga which was one of the pre-eminent schools of philosphy in ancient times.
